With my hectic schedule, I have to fit my work-outs in wherever I can. Sometimes that means between meetings, right before work, or right before I go out to meet friends for dinner. I wanted to create some fun, gym-appropriate hairstyles that could be worn while you’re getting your Pop-Physique on but would also look great while you’re out with friends, on a date, etc.

The next few Monday videos will be all about hairstyles that are versatile enough to be worn at the gym AND out and about.


Today’s look is super easy. Once you get the hang of it, I promise it will be your GO-TO for quick + cute gym hair.



Rat-tail Comb
Boar Bristle Brush
Snag-free Elastics

1. Section off the top part of your hair, from your ears to the top of your heat + tie off with an elastic.

2. Create a second section from behind the ear to 2-3 inches below your top pony.

3. Tie off the last, bottoms section with an elastic.

4. Braid the top section into the second section and then combine with bottom section. Tie off with an elastic.

5. Voila, all done:)

**TIP: Use your rat-tail comb to smooth out any bumps <3
