Berlin

This was my first trip to Berlin and I had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised though, to discover the unique architecture, street art, and fashion. The architecture was very clean with lots of strong archways and modern designs (my favorite). The contrast of the architecture with the street art throughout the city made for an incredible juxtaposition that I found incredibly inspiring as an artist. The best part was that everyone dressed very androgynous and I saw a lot of street style that was very comfortable while still having an interesting silhouette. When we went out at night I was surprised to see that it’s common to wear sneakers (even girls) instead of the usual going-out heel. A refreshing change if you like to dance as this city has some of the best techno music and venues. I will definitely be going back to do more exploring!
